Emotional, physical, logistical, informational, and spiritual support during your pregnancy and birth process. I strive to amplify your needs and wants, and collaborate with your birth team to create an empowering birth experience.
My hope is to uplift your voice and desires during this time of life. My services include the following:
During pregnancy
3 prenatal visits to support you wherever you are at. We could… talk about your dreams and desires, develop a birth plan, practice pain management techniques, discuss informed consent, make sure logistics are covered, and more!
24/7 on-call support from 2 weeks before your estimated due date, or guess date
labor and birth photography
20% discount on prenatal massage
During labor and immediate postpartum
meet you at the place of birth
assist with pain management techniques, emotional support, and birth team relationships during labor
encourage your partner(s) to support in the way that you both want
one postpartum visit to reflect and check in

Postpartum Services
In-person support for new babies and their families. Postpartum doula care can ease the way for all during this time of immense change and learnings.
I am available to support you during the daytime during this big transition. I do not currently offer night care. Our time together can be used however you and your family most need. This might include…
changing and holding baby while you take a nap
basic lactation and sleep support
grocery shopping and cooking nutritious meals for you and your family
bodywork and massage
instruction on baby massage and baby-wearing
caring for baby while you play with your other little ones
washing dishes while you and your partner make time for each other
listening and holding space for your birth story

Abortion
Virtual and in-person emotional, physical, logistical, informational, and spiritual support during your abortion process.
I offer confidential and secure in-person and virtual support before, during, and after your abortion.
Examples of support I offer:
give you information about your options
check in via text or voice message consistently through your process
meet you at a clinic or in your home, or have a phone or video call
point you to resources
make an aftercare herbal tea blend for you
fertility awareness and cycle tracking education, if interested
