My hope is to uplift your voice and desires during this time of life. My services include the following:

During pregnancy

• 3 prenatal visits to support you wherever you are at. We could… talk about your dreams and desires, develop a birth plan, practice pain management techniques, discuss informed consent, make sure logistics are covered, and more!

• 24/7 on-call support from 2 weeks before your estimated due date, or guess date

• labor and birth photography

• 20% discount on prenatal massage

During labor and immediate postpartum

• meet you at the place of birth

• assist with pain management techniques, emotional support, and birth team relationships during labor

• encourage your partner(s) to support in the way that you both want

• one postpartum visit to reflect and check in
