Cycle Tracking

Tracking your menstrual cycle can show you if ovulation is occurring, and what days of your cycle you are fertile or infertile.

My clients learn how to do this for a variety of reasons. Here are some intentions you may resonate with:

  • deepening an understanding of your reproductive health

  • avoiding pregnancy

  • understanding the hormones of your cycle

  • transitioning off hormonal contraception

  • achieving pregnancy

  • tracking your approach to menopause (perimenopause)

  • tracking while on GAHT (gender affirming hormone therapy)

I teach this material in the form of one-on-ones, partner classes, and group classes, both virtual and in-person. Reach out on my “Work with me” page for a free consultation call to discuss what your needs are.

Tracking the Menstrual Cycle. Group in-person class at Just Roots Farm. June 22nd 1-3pm. Free!

Tracking the Menstrual Cycle. Group in-person class at Groundnut Gathering. October 5th

Come learn how to track and support the menstrual cycle, as humans have been doing forever. We will cover reproductive anatomy, basic hormones, methods of tracking, and holistic cycle support. We will close with an open conversation among all participants. Open to all bodies and ages.

Our relationships to our cycles vary. You don’t have to love your cycle to do this work. You don’t have to be a cis woman to do this work. You don’t need to have a regular cycle to do this work. I’m here to support you wherever you’re at and whoever you are.

What’s in a session?

I teach clients how to observe the following and more throughout their cycles:

  • cervical fluid (color, texture, stretch, quantity of fluid)

  • sensation of the vulva

  • basal body temperature

  • position and texture of the cervix

  • moods

  • acne

  • arousal

  • dreams

  • moon phase

  • creativity
